The living room and dining room are open to the kitchen so the cook is never left out of the conversation. The living room is decorated in comfortable leather furnishings and boasts a second large, flat screen TV. The dining room table seats four.

The master bedroom sports a king-sized bed, another flat-screened TV, and a screened lanai with views of both the Gulf and the bay. The master walk in shower is HUGE! There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit, with all linens, including beach towels, provided.

A brand-new queen-sized bed with Tommy Bahama furniture, a TV, and a screened-in lanai with a view of Estero Bay is in the guest room.

Wireless internet and designated covered parking is provided. Beach chairs are in the breezeway closet for your use.
